Jim Chase

Jim Chase started making his living as a musician in Chattanooga, Tennessee after graduated from high school and has been in the music and entertainment business ever since.

He has been a drummer, singer, voice-over artist and producer, recording engineer, songwriter, DJ, and booking agency owner. “In addition to writing, I own a casino theme party company. It’s the perfect “other” job for a writer. It allows me plenty of time to write and provides a nice income”.

“I have worked with many really good bands and artists most people have never heard of, and plenty more who are well known. I recorded and toured with Georgia Music Hall of Fame artists Dennis Yost and the Classics IV, Edgel Groves and CMA award winner Vern Gosdin, known as  “The Voice”. I also performed, recorded with and/or engineered many others, like Tommy Roe, Billy Joe Royal, Eddie Floyd, Steve Dorff, Razzy Bailey, Steve Buckingham, Frederick Knight, Lloyd Price, Chubby Checker, Percy Sledge and Joe South while I was staff Drummer at Bill  Lowery’s “Southern Tracks”  Recording studio and engineer/producer at “The Sound Shop”, in Atlanta, Georgia”.

One of Jim’s songs, “Feel Like I’ll Never Feel” was co-written in the 70’s with an old band mate, and was recorded by famous European artist Demis Roussos.

“I invite you all to listen to my music and I hope you will hear something you would like to make your own”.
