Carmen Melton Taylor is owner and head writer of Atypical Music Publishing and Services (A.M.P.S.). She recently had her first major cut with a UK release of “Battle Scars” by Right Recordings (Universal-UK) artist Shelly Starks. She is also honored to have the legendary blue grass act Lonesome River Band perform her song “Second Hand Heart” during their live performances this year. It was also recorded by their mandolin player, Randy Jones on his independent release last year. Through her own songs and songs she represents through her agency, she has secured upwards of twenty independent recordings over the past couple of years.
