  1. I confess to being enraptured by Jan’s songs . To me she becomes the person in the story and it is as though she is writng a heartfelt letter with deep deep feeling . To me her lyrics express feeling from within . Her music needs no words . To me the music express just as much as the words that this story is very real to Jan . Just as an artist uses his brush to paint a scene that captures his mind and his heart I believe that Jan with her pen manages to communicate the story that captures her heart . A wonderful songwriter Pat

  2. I’ll be darned. I’ve been lightly working on an idea called “One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor” but I just discovered that Jan Buckingham, a very good and successful writer has already done that. Guess that takes care of me doing it because she’s already done it so well. That’s a great one liner Jan 😀
