Steve Gatto comes from Poughkeepsie NY. has been writing songs for over 20 years, but only got serious about it after the death of four of his precious grandchildren in 2012. “I needed an outlet and music was it. Several of my songs were written to honor the kids and also my mother, who died in April of this year”.

On a lighter note Steve says that his wife Candy is his biggest fan! He is represented in Nashville by publisher Pete Kennedy. Steve comments “Pete has taken me on and offered so much encouragement and wisdom”.
